Where we're proven, and where we're new

Two pillars: Proven and New

Two Pillars Media's public record is in physical and offline marketing. Our site lists 58 projects for 38 organisations since 2016. Most are physical and offline work for public institutions; three are the websites and content we built for our own group. Ten of those organisations came back for more. Performance marketing, websites and platforms, creative and AI-search work are newer as our offer. We tell you which is which, so you can judge each on its own evidence.

Why split an agency's track record in two?

Because a portfolio shows everything at once. A buyer sees a page of past work and assumes the same depth behind every service on the menu. For an agency that's changing direction, that assumption is usually wrong.

We are changing direction. For ten years our work was print, production and public communications for institutions. Now we're building growth systems: paid media, content, platforms and visibility in AI search. Blending the two records would be easy, and it would oversell the new work. So we keep them apart.

Where are we proven?

In physical and offline marketing. Since 2016 we've produced the materials that national institutions, public bodies, municipalities and universities put their name on: print, promotional materials, brochures, calendars and souvenirs.

That record has three features you can check:

  • It's public. Every project is listed on our site: 58 in total, including 3 group-company projects.
  • It's repeat work. Ten of those organisations have commissioned us more than once.
  • It's audited. When the client is a government body, deadlines are statutory, specifications are checked, and the work carries the institution's name, not ours.

Where are we new?

In performance marketing, websites and digital platforms, creative production, and AI-search visibility, meaning being cited when buyers ask ChatGPT or Google's AI answers about your category.

These lines are newer as a Two Pillars Media offer. They're led by the people who led our institutional work, with the same delivery discipline.

Our newer lines run first in our group companies EduHub and Apex & Pillar, and for our parent company Guardian Holdings. Full scope at EduHub; website and content for the other two.

We haven't published results from this work. When we have numbers we can stand behind, we'll publish them. Until then, we won't imply them.

What carries over from institutional work?

The discipline, not the portfolio. Public-sector work taught us to agree on the measure of success before starting, to deliver to the specification, and to say early when something isn't working.

That's built into the same five-step process we use on every engagement:

  1. Diagnose: audit your funnel, data, site and visibility in Google and AI search before proposing anything.
  2. Strategy: turn your commercial targets into a plan, and define how success will be measured, before anyone opens an ad account.
  3. Build: campaigns, content, creative and platforms, structured for both traditional search and AI answers.
  4. Partner and align: one system aimed at your business targets, with honest pushback when something doesn't make sense.
  5. Measure and scale: cut what isn't returning, back what is, and report straight, including when something isn't working.

FAQ

Is Two Pillars Media a new agency?

No. We've worked since 2016, and our site lists 58 projects for 38 organisations, most of them physical and offline work for public institutions. What's new is the offer: performance marketing, websites and platforms, creative and AI-search visibility, led by the same senior team that led our institutional work.

Are your case studies paying clients?

No, and we say so. EduHub and Apex & Pillar are our group companies, and Guardian Holdings is our parent company. We run the full scope at EduHub, and the website and content for the other two. The relationship is stated on each case-study page.

Do you publish results for the newer services?

Not yet. We'll publish numbers when we have ones we can stand behind, and not before.

Who does the work?

The senior people you meet in the first conversation. Whoever scopes your engagement stays on it through delivery, with no handoff to a junior team.

The takeaway: 5 questions to ask any agency

Ask these five questions of any agency, us included:

  1. Which of your services have a public record, and which are new? A clear answer is a good sign. A vague one tells you something too.
  2. Can I see the work itself, not only logos? Logos show who paid, not what was delivered.
  3. What's the relationship behind each case study? Paying client, group company or the agency's own project: all can be legitimate, but you should know which.
  4. Who will do the work after I sign? Names, not job titles.
  5. How will we measure success, and when? Agree on it before any budget is spent.

Try this: before your next agency call, paste these five questions into your notes. Ask each one and write down the answer word for word. Afterwards, mark every answer as specific (names, links, dates) or vague. More than two vague answers is your signal to dig deeper before you sign.
